摘要
基于多区域投入产出模型,测算了中国和巴西中间产品贸易的传输碳排放,分析了碳排放视角下的关键双边供应链环节和部门。结果显示:2005—2015年,巴西对中国中间产品出口的传输碳排放保持稳定增长趋势,中国对巴西中间产品出口的传输碳排放则呈现"先增(2005—2013年)后减(2013—2015年)"的趋势,两国中间产品出口的传输碳排放强度持续下降;在部门层面,中国对巴西中间产品出口的传输碳排放集中在纺织、化工、橡塑、水泥、金属、机械、电气和运输设备等行业,巴西对中国中间产品出口的传输碳排放集中于农业、矿业、金属和运输仓储等行业;从全球供应链来看,中国和巴西中间产品贸易的传输碳排放高度集中于少数供应链环节。文章就减少两国中间产品贸易对碳排放的影响提出政策建议。
Based on the multi-regional input-output model,this study estimates the transmitted carbon emissions(TCE)of China-Brazil intermediate trade and analyses the key bilateral supply chain transactions and sectors from the perspective of carbon emissions.The results shows that:during 2005-2015,the TCE of Brazil's intermediate exports to China kept a steady growing trend,while its counterpart grew firstly over 2005-2013 and then decreased during 2013-2015.The TCE per export value showed a declining trend for both countries'intermediate exports.At the sectoral level,the TCE of China's intermediate exports to Brazil were mostly embodied in sectors like textile,chemical,rubber and plastic,cement,metal,machinery,electrical and transportation equipment.Meanwhile,the TCE of Brazil's intermediate exports to China were mostly embodied in sectors like agriculture,mining,metal,transportation and storage.From the perspective of global supply chains,the TCE of China-Brazil intermediate trade were highly concentrated in a few key supply chain transactions.Policy implications in terms of reducing the TCE of China-Brazil intermediate trade are proposed and discussed.
