摘要 目的:探讨双水平无创正压通气辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对患者血管内皮功能与心肺功能的改善作用。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年4月山东第一医科大学附属肥城医院收治的慢性心力衰竭合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例,对照组给予基础治疗,观察组给予双水平无创正压通气辅助治疗,比较2组内皮功能有以及心肺功能的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的各项血管内皮功能与心肺功能指标均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双水平无创正压通气辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征疗效显著,建议推广使用。 Objective:To investigate the effect of double level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of chronic heart failure with sleep apnea syndrome on the improvement of vascular endothelial function and cardiopulmonary function.Methods:A total of 70 cases between April 2018 and April 2019 in feicheng hospital affiliated to shandong first medical university with chronic heart failure with sleep apnea syndrome were choosen as the research objects,according to random number table method divided into observation group and control group,each group with 35 cases.The control group given basic treatment,the observation group was given double level in the adjuvant treatment of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation,compare two groups the therapeutic effect of endothelial function and heart and lung function.Results:After treatment,the vascular endothelial function and cardiopulmonary function indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Double-level noninvasive positive pressure ventilation is effective in the treatment of chronic heart failure with sleep apnea syndrome.
