摘要
目的:观察医用臭氧水穴位及关节腔注射配合功能锻炼对膝骨性关节炎(KOA)患者疼痛的影响,并评价其安全性。方法:选择2018年3月至2019年6月某院就诊的80例(80膝)KOA患者作为研究对象,按照签署知情同意书的顺序进行编号,采用随机数字表法将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例(40膝)。对照组采用23μg·mL^-1的臭氧水行穴位及关节腔注射疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合膝关节功能锻炼。两组患者均治疗4周,分别在治疗前、治疗结束时、治疗结束后的第3个月和第6个月对两组患者的膝关节视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue scales,VAS)及安全性进行评价,从而确定治疗效果。结果:治疗组在3个不同时间点的疼痛评分均优于对照组,全部患者治疗及随访期间均未出现感染、血肿、过敏等并发症。结论:穴位及关节腔注射臭氧水配合功能锻炼能够有效减轻患者的膝关节疼痛,且不会引起其他并发症的发生,治疗安全性较高。
Objective:To observe the effect of acupoint and joint cavity injection of ozone water combined with functional exercise on pain in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA),and evaluate its safety.Methods:Eighty patients(80 knees)with knee osteoarthritis who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was treated with 23μg·mL^-1 ozone water for acupoint and articular cavity injection.The treatment group was combined with knee joint functional exercise on the basis of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The knee joint visual analogue scales(VAS)and treatment safety of the two groups were evaluated before treatment,at the end of treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment,respectively,so as to determine the therapeutic effect.Results:The pain score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group at the three different time points,and there were no complications such as infection,hematoma and allergy during treatment and follow-up.Conclusion:Acupoint and joint cavity injection of ozone water combined with functional exercise can effectively relieve knee joint pain without causing other complications,so the treatment is safe.
