摘要
动力总成试验室设备技术含量高、投资大,是动力总成研发的基础之一。如何对其设备管理进行优化,从设备的应用角度提高设备数据输出质量,提高设备完好率,从而助力动力总成自主品牌研发能力提升,是一个值得大家研讨的课题。文中从一般设备管理理论发展历史和中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)对实验室的检测和校准能力进行认可的准则(CNAS-CL01)入手,通过对动力总成试验室设备的特征进行分析总结,从而提出一种基于动力总成试验室设备性质的设备管理经营战略。通过设计经营战略在设备管理中的具体实现形式,并通过3年的实践,最终证实,该设备管理经营战略在降低总设备保全时间占比和设备故障率可取得可观的效果。
Power-train testing labs equipment,which needs to be vastly invested in and has high content of technology,is one of the basis of power-train product development.How to optimize the equipment management work,how to improve the test data quality and how to reduce the ratio of equipment guaranteeing time to equipment running time,so as to help in promoting the power-train development,is worthy of investigating widely.This essay presents the developing history of general equipment management theory and the assessment regulations for labs equipment inspection and calibration(CNAS-CL01)specified by China National Assessment Committee.By analyzing and summarizing the features of the current power-train test labs management,a strategy for improving the equipment management was proposed based on the exiting power-train testing labs status.Through designing the strategy implement method in the equipment management activity,the three years′practice finally verified that the strategy could bring valuable effect in reducing ratio of total equipment guaranteeing time to running time and equipment failure rate.
