摘要
在水利工程大体积混凝土施工中,混凝土运输是一个关键而繁重的任务,需较多的驾驶员和安全员连续长时间工作。由于人的主观性和工作疲劳,易出现调度问题或事故,可能会错过最佳浇筑时间。基于Arduino和UWB定位技术,设计了一套适合水利工程建设特点的混凝土无人运输车队模型系统。该系统能有效控制运输车之间的距离,可避免堵塞交通,卸料错误等问题,提高了混凝土施工的效率、质量和安全性。对水利工程智能化施工有一定的推进作用。
In the construction of large-volume concrete for water conservancy projects, concrete transportation is a key and arduous task, requiring more drivers and safety personnel to work continuously for a long time. Due to human subjectivity and work fatigue, it is prone to scheduling problems or accidents, and may miss the best pouring time. Based on the Arduino and UWB positioning technology, a concrete unmanned transport fleet model system suitable for the construction of water conservancy projects is designed. The system can effectively control the distance between the transport vehicles, avoids problems such as blockage of traffic, unloading errors, etc., and improves the efficiency, quality and safety of concrete construction. It has a certain role in promoting the intelligent construction of water conservancy projects.
