基于PLC的船用取样绞车控制系统设计

摘要 针对现阶段国内外对海洋取样绞车的需求,设计采用变频器驱动绞车的思想,在四级以下海况取样,深度可达6000米的绞车需要实现的各项动作,设计具有控制灵活、经济、可靠、适应性强和结构简单的船用取样绞车。控制系统以西门子S7-200PLC控制器为核心,采用触摸屏对系统进监测与控制。实际运行表明,控制系统的稳定性明显的提高,设计具有很好的实际应用价值。 At present, the demand for marine sampling winches at home and abroad. The design adopts the idea of electric drive winch, sampling the sea conditions below the fourth level, and the various operations required for the winch with a depth of up to 6000 meters. The design has a Ship sampling winch with flexible control, economy, reliability, adaptability and simple structure. The control system takes the Siemens S7-200 PLC controller as the core, and uses the touch screen to monitor and control the system. The actual operation shows that the stability of the control system is obviously improved,and the design has good practical application value.
