摘要
只要市场经济是主流和居支配地位,"逆全球化"就不会真成气候,中美贸易冲突实际上是经济全球化的秩序规则之争,不是要不要经济全球化,而是以怎样的国际规则安排来规范经济全球化。深刻认识市场经济精髓,在体制机制上全面形成市场经济秩序规则体系,使国内经济运行顺畅,与全球经济高度畅通,已成为当前以及今后相当长一段时期中国经济的根本性方向问题。当前各国所面临的全球性问题主要是两个:第一,各国如何治理好自己的国家,完善各具特性特色的市场经济体制机制,应对新形势,解决新矛盾;第二,不同特性特色的国家(经济体)之间如何畅通交往,如何共处、共荣,并共同合作应对全球性新问题。
As long as the market economy is the mainstream and dominant position,"anti globalization"will not really become a climate. The Sino US trade conflict is actually a dispute over the order and rules of economic globalization. It is not whether or not economic globalization is needed,but what kind of international rules should be used to regulate economic globalization. It has become the fundamental direction of China’ s economy at present and for quite a long time to come to have a deep understanding of the essence of the market economy,comprehensively form a market economic order and rule system in terms of system and mechanism,so as to make the domestic economy run smoothly and highly unblocked with the global economy. At present,the global problems faced by all countries are mainly two: first,how to govern their own countries,improve their own market economic systems and mechanisms with their own characteristics,to respond to the new situation and solve new contradictions;second,how to communicate smoothly between countries(economies) with different characteristics,how to co-exist and prosper together and cooperate to deal with new global problems.
