摘要
目的:探究大数据环境下网络课程在普外科护理教学中的应用。方法:选取我院2016年12月至2017年12月实习普外科护士136人为对象,随机分为两组,每组各68人,对照组接受传统方式教学,观察组接受大数据环境下网络课程教学。比较两组护士教学前后测试成绩、自主学习能力评分接受教学后护理患者满意度。结果:两组护士教学后测试成绩、自主学习能力评分均高于教学前(P<0.05),教学后观察组护士测试成绩、自主学习能力评分优于对照组护士(P<0.05);观察组和对照组护士接受教学后护理患者满意度分别为97.01%和85.29%,两组患者满意度比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:普外科护理教学中使用大数据环境下网络课程可以有效提高护理教学效果,改善护士自主学习能力,提高普外科护士护理水平。
Objective:To explore the application of network course in nursing teaching of general surgery department under big data environment.Methods:A total of 136 internship nurses in the general surgery department of the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups,68 nurses in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching.The observation group was given network courses teaching under big data environment.The test scores,scores of self-learning ability and the satisfaction degree of patients after nurses given nursing teaching before and after teaching were compared between the two groups.Results:The test scores and self-learning ability scores of the two groups after teaching were higher than those before teaching(P<0.05).After the teaching,the above indexes in the observation group were significant better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction degrees of patients after nurses given nursing teaching in observation group and control group were 97.01%and 85.29%,respectively.The satisfaction degrees between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of network course under big data environment can effectively improve the effect of nursing teaching in nursing teaching of general surgery department,and improve the nursing level of nurses in general surgery department.
