摘要
结合制药工程专业实践教学要求和学科前沿方向,该文设计了“复合抗菌材料制备与性能”综合实验。分别以生物炭(BC)和聚丙烯腈(PAN)为载体,以复合季鏻盐为抗菌药物,制备了2种复合抗菌材料,利用平板法测定了它们对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌性能。该实验项目包括复合季鏻盐、生物炭和纤维薄膜材料的制备与结构的表征,吸附性能和抗菌性能测试等内容,涉及高压静电纺丝仪、紫外-可见光谱仪、红外光谱仪、电喷雾质谱仪和X-粉末衍射仪等应用,有利于激发学生学习和研究兴趣,提高学生的综合实验技能和解决实际问题的能力。
Combined with the practical teaching requirements of pharmaceutical engineering specialty and the cutting-edge direction of the discipline,a comprehensive experiment of“preparation and performance of composite antibacterial materials”is designed.Two kinds of composite antibacterial materials are prepared by using biochar(BC)and polyacrylonitrile(PAN)as the carrier respectively and composite quaternary phosphonium salt as antibacterial drug.This experimental project includes the preparation and characterization of composite quaternary ammonium salt,biochar and fiber membrane materials,and its adsorption and antibacterial properties.It involves the application of high voltage electrospinning apparatus,ultraviolet visible spectrometer,infrared spectrometer,electrospray mass spectrometer and X-powder diffractometer,which can stimulate students’interest in learning and research,improve their comprehensive experimental skills and ability to solve practical problems.
