摘要
目的探讨人文关怀在造血干细胞移植术治疗再生障碍性贫血护理中的应用。方法方便选取2018年1—12月该院收治的再生障碍性贫血患者64例,随机分为两组,两组患者均进行造血干细胞移植治疗,同时,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予人文关怀护理。比较两组心理健康及并发症。结果研究组饮食和睡眠评分为(1.64±0.37)分、恐怖评分为(1.46±0.55)分、敌对评分为(1.31±0.40)分、焦虑评分为(1.44±0.68)分、抑郁评分为(1.55±0.45)分、人际关系评分为(1.41±0.49)分、强迫评分为(1.40±0.42)分、躯体化评分为(1.40±0.47)分等症状评分均低于对照组(2.14±0.27)分、(1.80±0.44)分、(1.45±0.33)分、(1.87±0.50)分、(1.83±0.53)分、(1.69±0.44)分、(1.56±0.37)分、(2.21±0.53)分),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为3.1%低于对照组18.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.983,P<0.05)。结论造血干细胞移植治疗再生障碍性贫血疾病护理中应用人文关怀护理,患者心理状态得到有效改善,减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the treatment of aplastic anemia by hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods Convenient select a total of 64 patients with aplastic anemia admitted from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.At the same time,the control group was given routine care and the research group was given humanistic care.The mental health and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The study group had a diet and sleep score of(1.64±0.37)points,a horror score of(1.46±0.55)points,a hostile score of(1.31±0.40)points,an anxiety score of(1.44±0.68)points,and a depression score of(1.55±0.45)points,interpersonal relationship score(1.41±0.49)points,compulsive score(1.40±0.42)points,somatization score(1.40±0.47)points and other symptom scores were lower than the control group(2.14±0.27 points,(1.80±0.44)points,(1.45±0.33)points,(1.87±0.50)points,(1.83±0.53)points,(1.69±0.44)points,(1.56±0.37)points,(2.21±0.53)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);complications in the study group of the incidence rate was 3.1%lower than the control group 18.8%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.983,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care in the nursing of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for treatment of aplastic anemia can effectively improve the psychological state of patients and reduce the occurrence of complications.
