摘要
目的探究产前及产后护理对初产妇母乳分泌及喂养的临床作用。方法方便选取2018年5月—2019年5月收治的88例初产妇,按不同护理模式分为对照组与观察组,各44例。所有产妇资料经该院伦理委员会审批,产妇及其家人知情同意。对照组初产妇实施常规性护理干预措施,给予观察组初产妇实施产前及产后护理干预措施,比较两组初产妇的母乳分泌时间、母乳喂养成功率总满意率以及护理前后的心理状况。结果观察组初产妇中母乳分泌时间<24 h的共有2例,对照组初产妇中母乳分泌时间<24 h的共有13例,观察所占的比例显著低于对照组(χ2=12.218,P=0.000);而观察组初产妇中共有30例的母乳分泌时间在24~48 h这阶段,对照组择优15例,观察组所占的比例显著高于对照组(χ2=10.262,P=0.001);而两组的初产妇的母乳分泌时间在48~72 h、>72 h这两个时间阶段所占比例差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.035、0.000,P=0.308、1.000)。观察组母乳喂养率较对照组高(χ2=16.386,P=0.000),观察组总满意率较对照组高(χ2=4.062,P=0.044),且观察组情绪评分优于对照组。结论采用产前及产后护理能够促进初产妇的母乳分泌时间以及提高母乳喂养成功率,具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of prenatal and postpartum nursing on breast milk secretion and feeding of primiparas.Methods Convenient select 88 cases of primiparas admitted from May 2018 to May 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing modes,44 cases in each.All maternal information was approved by the ethics committee of the hospital,and the maternal and family members gave informed consent.The control group of primiparas carried out routine nursing interventions,and the observation group was given prenatal and postpartum nursing interventions.The breast milk secretion time,total breastfeeding success rate of the two groups of primiparas and the psychological status before and after nursing were compared.Results There were 2 cases of breast milk in the observation group of primiparas<24 h,and 13 cases of breast milk in the control group of primiparas<24 h.The proportion of observations was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ2=12.218,P=0.000),while the observation group had 30 cases of breast milk in the period of 24-48h,the control group preferred 15 cases,the proportion of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(χ2=10.262,P=0.001);while the two groups of the proportion of breast milk secretion time of the primipara in 48-72 h and>72 h was not different(χ2=1.035,0.000,P=0.308,1.000).The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=16.386,P=0.000),the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.062,P=0.044),and the emotion score of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The use of prenatal and postpartum care can promote the time of breast milk secretion of primiparas and improve the success rate of breastfeeding.
