摘要
目的探讨艾拉莫德对老年类风湿关节炎的疗效及其骨代谢分析,为临床用药提供科学理论依据。方法方便选取该院2018年4月—2019年6月在该院治疗的138例老年风湿性关节炎患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组69例。对照组采用甲氨蝶呤进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用艾拉莫德进行治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果经过不同药物治疗后,观察组患者的显效31例,有效32例,总有效率分别为91.30%;对照组显效28例,有效24例,75.36%,经统计分析,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.313,P=0.012<0.05);不良反应情况也小于对照组,不良反应率分别为0.00%和15.94%;治疗后的25(OH)D差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是患者的NMID、T-PINP及β-CTX与对照组相比均有显著性差异,经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论艾拉莫德治疗老年类风湿性关节炎,不仅可以减少患者的痛苦,还可以纠正骨代谢指标,改善患者生活质量。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of elamod on rheumatoid arthritis and bone metabolism analysis in order to provide a scientific and theoretical basis for clinical medication.Methods 138 elderly patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated from April 2018 to June 2019 in the hospital were convenient selected as the research object,and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,69 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate,and the observation group was treated with ilammod on the basis of the control group.To Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results After treatment with different drugs,31 cases of marked effect in the observation group,32 cases effective,the total effective rate were 91.30%;28 cases of marked effect in the control group,24 cases effective,75.36%,after statistical analysis(χ2=6.313,P=0.012<0.05),with statistical significance;the side effects were also smaller than those of the control group,the side effects were 0.00%and 15.94%respectively;there was no statistically significant difference in 25(OH)D after treatment,but the patients’N-MID,T-PINP andβ-CTX were significantly different compared with the control group.After statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of senile rheumatoid arthritis can not only reduce the pain of patients,but also correct bone metabolism indexes and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
