摘要
目的探讨闭合复位小切口PFNA内固定术辅以补气活血中药对股骨粗隆间骨折患者髋关节功能的影响。方法方便选取该院治疗的50例股骨粗隆间骨折老年病例,时间为2017年7月—2019年12月,随机分组,对照组25例,采用闭合复位小切口PFNA内固定术治疗,观察组25例,采用闭合复位小切口PFNA内固定术辅以补气活血中药治疗。患者术后恢复在拆线后,用中药熏洗。比较两组治疗后的髋关节功能改善情况、并发症发生率。结果治疗后,观察组髋关节恢复优良率为96%,对照组髋关节恢复优良率为64%,两组组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.000,P=0.004<0.05);观察组并发症发生率4%低于对照组并发症发生率32%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.878,P=0.027<0.05)。结论对股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行闭合复位小切口PFNA内固定术和补气活血中药的联合治疗,患者髋关节功能恢复良好,并发症发生率较小。
Objective To investigate the effect of closed reduction and small incision PFNA internal fixation combined with supplementary QI and activating blood circulation on hip function in patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Fifty elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were convenient selected and treated in the hospital from July 2017 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into 25 cases in the control group and treated with closed reduction small incision PFNA internal fixation.25 patients were treated with closed reduction and small incision PFNA internal fixation supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine for QI and blood circulation.After the suture was restored after operation,the patient was smoked and washed with Chinese medicine.The hip joint function improvement and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the good rate of hip recovery in the observation group was 96%,and the good rate of hip recovery in the control group was 64%.the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(χ2=8.000,P=0.004<0.05);the observation group of the incidence of complications was 4%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 32%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ2=4.878,P=0.027<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of closed reduction and small incision PFNA internal fixation and qi-invigorating and blood-activating Chinese medicine in patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur showed a good recovery of hip function and a low incidence of complications.
