摘要
以某运输机减速器输出端齿轮副为研究对象,根据齿轮参数利用 KISSsoft 软件得到其三维模型,采用齿向修形的方式对齿轮齿面进行优化设计,通过调整和比较最优的齿轮修形参数,并对修形前后齿轮的传递误差、接触应力分布、齿向载荷分布系数进行比较分析,得到了不同修形参数对齿面接触的影响规律,实现了运输机减速器齿轮啮合的优化设计,减少了减速器齿轮副达到合理啮合斑点的修配时间。分析结果表明:适当的齿面参数修形,可以改善载荷沿齿面接触线的不均匀分布,降低齿面接触应力,减小由于制造装配误差造成的齿轮啮合误差,使齿轮运转更加平稳,提高齿轮的承载能力。
The output gear pair of the reducer of a belt conveyor being taken as the research object,according to the gear parameters,its three-dimensional model was built with KISSsoft software,and the gear tooth surface was optimized by the way of gear axial modification.After adjustment and comparison,the optimal gear modification parameters were obtained.Moreover,the transmission error,contact stress distribution and distribution coefficient of gear axial load before and after profile modification were compared,and the influential laws of various profile modification parameters on the tooth surface contact were obtained.Thus the optimization design of the gear meshing of the conveyor reducer was realized,and the duration of repairing gear pair to reach reasonable meshing spots was shortened.Analysis results showed:appropriate profile modification improved the uneven distribution of the load along the contact line of the tooth surface,decreased the contact stress on the tooth surface,reduced the gear meshing error caused by the manufacture and assembly error,made the gear run more smoothly,and improved the bearing capacity of the gear.
