摘要
目的分析对尿道括约肌内注射A型肉毒毒素治疗脊髓损伤患者逼尿肌-括约肌协同失调实施精准化护理干预的临床应用效果。方法随机选取该院于2017年7月-2019年6月收治的脊髓损伤并逼尿肌-括约肌协同失调患者共33例,将所有患者随机分组,分别为观察组(17例,采用精准化护理干预)与对照组(16例,采用常规护理干预)。分析比对两组患者干预后护理效果情况。结果护理结束后观察组患者护理满意度(94.1%)较对照组患者(64.5%)更高(χ^2=4.930,P=0.026),且观察组SDS、SAS评分(33.74±4.11)分、(34.48±3.94)分较对照组(39.87±4.57)分、(40.33±4.08)分更低(t=4.056、4.190,P=0.001、0.001<0.05)。结论通过对尿道括约肌内注射A型肉毒毒素治疗脊髓损伤并逼尿肌-括约肌协同失调患者实施精准化护理干预,可显著提升患者的护理效果,消除患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,整体护理效果明显。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of precise nursing intervention in the treatment of detrusor sphincter dyssynergia in patients with spinal cord injury by injecting botulinum toxin A into urinary sphincter.Methods 33 cases of patients with spinal cord injury and detrusor sphincter dyssynergia in the hospital from July 2017 to June 2019 were randomly selected,and all patients were randomly divided into the observation group(17 cases treated with precise nursing intervention)and the control group(16 cases treated with routine nursing intervention).Then,the nursing effect of two groups were analyzed.Results After the end of nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(94.1%)was higher than that of the control group(64.5%)(χ^2=4.930,P=0.026),and the observation group SDS and SAS scores(33.74±4.11)points,(34.48±3.94)points were lower than those of the control group(39.87±4.57)points and(40.33±4.08)points(t=4.056,4.190,P=0.001,0.001<0.05).Conclusion The precise nursing intervention for the patients with spinal cord injury and detrusor sphincter coordination disorder by injecting botulinum toxin A into the urinary sphincter can significantly improve the nursing effect of the patients,eliminate the patients’negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,and the overall nursing effect is significant.
