摘要
消防系统维护不完善是造成火灾爆炸事故的重要原因.消防系统定期进行维护、检测是提高油气站场安全等级的根本措施.介绍了国内外消防系统维护检测标准,以及美国、欧盟和俄罗斯消防系统标准在维护、检测、巡检和演练方面的先进经验和做法,对比分析了国内外消防系统维护检测标准的差异.随着中国油气站场建设规模不断扩大,研究成果对于提高国内油气站场安全防护技术水平具有借鉴意义.
The imperfect maintenance of fire-fighting system is the important reason of fire and explosion accidents.Regular maintenance and inspection of fire-fighting system is the foundamental measure to improve the safety of oil and gas station.The domestic and abroad standards of fire-fighting system maintenance and inspection are introduced.as well as the advanced experience and practice of the United States,the European Union and the Russian standards in the aspects of maintenance,inspection,patrolling and practice.The differences between the domestic and abroad standards of fire-fighting system maintenance and inspection are compared and analyzed.With the continuous expansion of the construction scale of oil and gas stations in China.the research results have reference significance for improving the safety protection technology of oil and gas stations in China.
