摘要
目的探讨改良阴式子宫切除术(TVH)的临床治疗效果。方法56例子宫或宫颈良性病变患者行改良阴式子宫切除术。观察手术时间及术中出血量。结果56例患者手术均顺利完成,无严重并发症发生;患者术后2、6个月随诊,未出现阴道断端脱垂现象。结论改良阴式子宫切除术手术时间短,副损伤少,出血量少,操作难度低,患者恢复快,费用低,术后并发症少,患者生活质量得到了提升,值得在基层医院推广应用。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of modified transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH).Methods A total of 56 patients with benign uterine or cervical lesions all underwent modified transvaginal hysterectomy.The operation time and amount of intraoperative hemorrhage were observed.Results All 56 patients successfully completed the operation without serious complications.The patients were followed up for 2 and 6 months after the operation,and there was no vaginal stump prolapse.Conclusion Modified transvaginal hysterectomy has shorter operation time,less side injury,less bleeding,reduced operation difficulty,faster recovery,low cost,less postoperative complications,and can improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of popularization and application in primary hospitals.
