摘要
目的讨论检验糖尿病肥胖患者的血脂含量,并分析在诊断治疗中血脂含量有何应用价值。方法从该院2018年12月-2019年12月期间,门诊处收检的糖尿病肥胖患者,采用随机性原则从中抽取82例患者作为该次研究的研究对象之一,再随机抽取体重指数在规定范围内的82例糖尿病患者,也作为该次研究的研究对象之一,最后选择82名健康人也参与到该次研究活动中,将这3组研究对象分别划分为试验组、对照A组、对照B组。通过对3组研究对象的血脂含量共6项指标进行对比分析,6项指标包括TC(总胆固醇)、TG(甘油三酯)、LDL-C(低密度脂蛋白)、HDL-C(高密度脂蛋白)、ApoA1(载脂蛋白A1)、ApoB(载脂蛋白B)。通过对比分析了解当中存在的差异可以准确判断出检验血脂含量对于糖尿病肥胖患者的治疗以及应用价值。结果试验组中每例患者的血脂含量6项指标同对照A组的患者进行比较发现,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而试验组中每例患者的血脂含量6项指标同对照B组的人员比较发现,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肥胖患者的血脂浓度检验均不符合标准,所以血脂检验结果可以成为临床诊断糖尿病肥胖患者的重要依据,具有一定可靠性,同时也有助于提高诊断和治疗糖尿病肥胖患者的能力。
Objective To discuss and test the blood lipid content of diabetic obese patients,and analyze the value of blood lipid content in diagnosis and treatment.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019 in the hospital,82 diabetic obese patients were selected from the outpatients according to the principle of randomness as one of the research objects,and 82 diabetic patients with body mass index within the specified range were randomly selected as one of the research objects.Finally,82 healthy people were selected to participate in the research In the research activity,the three parts of the subjects were divided into three groups,namely,the experimental group,the control group A and the control group B.Through the comparative analysis of six indexes of blood lipid content in three groups,six indexes include TC(total cholesterol),TG(triglyceride),LDL-C(low density lipoprotein),HDL-C(high density lipoprotein),ApoA1(ApoA1),apoB(apoB).Through the comparative analysis of the differences,we can accurately judge the value of the test of blood lipid content in the treatment and application of Diabetic Obesity.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the six indexes of blood lipid content of each patient in the experimental group and those in the control group A(P>0.05).The six indexes of blood lipid content in each patient in the experimental group were statistically significantly different from those in the control group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The test of blood lipid concentration in diabetic obese patients does not meet the standard,so the results of blood lipid test can be an important basis for clinical diagnosis of diabetic obese patients,with a certain degree of reliability,but also help to improve the ability of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic obese patients.
