摘要
目的探讨胃癌合并糖尿病患者采用腹腔镜微创手术治疗的临床疗效。方法于2018年10月-2019年10月选取该院收治的98例胃癌合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为两组,每组49例,对照组实施开腹手术,研究组实施腹腔镜微创手术,对比两组的各项手术指标、治疗效果、血糖水平。结果研究组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、进食时间、住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),淋巴结清扫数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗有效率为95.9%,显著高于对照组77.6%(P<0.05)。两组术前空腹血糖水平差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),术后1个月空腹血糖水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胃癌合并糖尿病患者采用腹腔镜微创手术治疗,能有效控制各项手术指标,降低患者血糖水平,提高其治疗有效率和安全性,是较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery in patients with gastric cancer and diabetes.Methods 98 patients with gastric cancer and diabetes mellitus from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups,49 cases per group,by random number table method.The control group was operated by laparotomy,and the study group was operated by laparoscopy.The indexes,therapeutic effect and blood sugar level of the two groups were compared.Results The amount of bleeding,operation time,anal exhaust time,eating time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of lymph node dissection was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 95.9%,significantly higher than that of the control group(77.6%)(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose level between the two groups before operation(P>0.05)and 1 month after operation was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer combined with diabetes can effectively control the operation indexes,reduce the blood sugar level of patients,and improve the treatment efficiency and safety.It is an ideal treatment method.
