摘要
设计基于PLC逻辑编程单片机和PID控制器的新型无极绳绞车控制系统,利用液压驱动控制系统可实现矿用无极绳绞车自动操控,通过系统建模仿真对该系统进行模拟检测。检测结果表明:本系统速度调节平稳,可靠性较高,控制系统能实现绞车运行的精确控制,提高了无极绳绞车的自动控制水平。
A new endless rope winch control system based on PLC logic programming single chip microcomputer and PID controller is designed.The automatic control of mine endless rope winch can be realized by using hydraulic drive control system.The system is simulated and tested through system modeling and simulation.The test results show that the system has stable speed regulation and high reliability.The control system can realize the precise control of winch operation and improve the automatic control level of endless rope winch.
