柔性注浆加固技术在工作面煤壁片帮中应用 被引量:2

摘要 204工作面在回采期间煤壁大面积片帮,最大片帮深度为2.2 m,片帮高度为1.5 m,导致工作面端面距加大,端面破碎严重。分析了煤壁片帮维护措施及主要存在的问题,提出了"柔性注浆加固技术"。实际应用效果来看,柔性注浆加固技术可使煤壁片帮高度降低70%,深度降低86%,效果明显。 During the mining period of 204 working face,large area spalling of coal wall was found.The maximum spalling depth was 2.2m and the height of spalling was 1.5m,which led to the increase of end face distance and serious breakage of end face.This paper analyzes the maintenance measures and main existing problems of coal wall spalling,and puts forward "flexible grouting reinforcement technology".From the practical application effect,the soft grouting reinforcement technology can reduce the height of coal wall spalling by 70% and the depth by 86%.
