摘要
目的探讨补阳还五汤加减联合针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫的疗效。方法本院100例2017年3月-2018年12月脑卒中偏瘫患者。随机分组对照组采取补阳还五汤加减治疗,研究组则采取补阳还五汤加减治疗联合针灸治疗。比较两组疾病疗效、治疗前后脑卒中偏瘫患者Fugl-Meyer上肢和Fugl-Meyer下肢功能、生活质量、NHISS评分、BI指数、恢复正常肌力水平和整体住院的天数、致残率。结果研究组两组疾病疗效、治疗后脑卒中偏瘫患者Fugl-Meyer上肢和Fugl-Meyer下肢功能、生活质量、NHISS评分、BI指数、恢复正常肌力水平和整体住院的天数、致残率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减治疗+针灸治疗脑卒中偏瘫效果确切,可有效改善患者神经功能和肢体情况,改善生活能力。
Objective To explore the efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke.Methods From March 2017 to December 2018,100 hemiplegic patients with stroke in our hospital.The patients in the control group were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction and the study group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture.The curative effect of the disease,the function of Fugl-Meyer upper limb and Fugl-Meyer lower limb,quality of life,NHISS score,BI index,recovery of normal muscle strength level,overall hospitalization days and disability rate of hemiplegic patients with stroke before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The disease curative effect,Fugl-Meyer upper limb and Fugl-Meyer lower limb function,quality of life,NHISS score,BI index,recovery of normal muscle strength,overall hospitalization days and disability rate of hemiplegic patients after stroke in the study group were superior to those in the control group.Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction plus acupuncture is effective in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia,which can effectively improve the neurological function,limb condition and living ability of patients.
