摘要
目的 探讨健脑增智饮对遗忘型轻度认知损害(aMCI)患者血清S100蛋白、乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的影响.方法 选取本院2019年2月至2019年10月收治的确诊为aMCI的门诊、住院患者30例,并随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组20例采用健脑增智饮治疗,对照组10例采用脑复康治疗,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)比色法对血清S100蛋白和AchE进行检测,治疗前后采用临床记忆量表(CMS)评价记忆功能,采用简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、画钟测验(CDT)评价患者认知功能及日常生活能力.结果 治疗组治疗后AchE、S100水平显著改善(P<0.05),且低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后CMS、MMSE评分有显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后各指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 aMCI患者采用健脑增智饮治疗可显著改善记忆功能、认知功能及日常生活能力,改善血清S100蛋白和AchE指标.
Objective To explore the effect of Jiannao-Zengzhi on serum S100 protein and acetylcholinesterase(AchE)in patients with mild cognitive impairment(aMCI).Methods Thirty outpatients and inpatients diagnosed as aMCI in our hospital from February,2019 to October,2019 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,20 patients in treatment group were treated with Jiannao Zengzhi Yin and 10 patients in control group were treated with Naofukang.Serum S100 protein and AchE were detected by enzyme linked innnuno sorbent assay(ELISA)colorimetry,and memory function was evaluated by clinical memory scale(CMS)before and after treatment.Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)and dock Drawing Test(CDT)were used to evaluate patients cognitive function and activities of daily living.Results The levels of AchE and S100 in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05)and significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CMS and MMSE scores in the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with aMCI can significantly improve memory function,cognitive function and daily living ability,and improve serum S100 protein and AchE index after using Jiannao-Zengzhi.
