浅谈原发性醛固酮增多症患者甲状旁腺素的变化及作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究原发性醛固酮增多症(primary aldosteronism,PA)患者甲状旁腺素变化情况及两者间的相互影响。方法根据原发性高血压和原醛症诊断标准方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年6月期间收治的原发性醛固酮增多症(PA)患者56例和原发性高血压(EH)患者58例进行血电解质水平、PTH水平比较,同时对比心脏受损程度和24 h尿量状况。结果结果显示,PA组PTH为(47.6±3.2)pg/mL,EH组为(38.9±2.5)pg/mL,PA组PTH含量更高,电解质紊乱情况更明显,心脏受损更显著,24 h尿钾水平更高(t=8.300,P<0.05)。结论原发性醛固酮增多症患者PTH水平升高,可作为评价患者预后的重要指标,指导临床治疗。 Objective To investigate the changes of parathyroid hormone in patients with primary aldosteronism(PA)and the interaction between them.Methods According to the diagnostic criteria of primary hypertension and primary aldosis,Convenient selection of 56 patients with primary aldosteronism(PA)and 58 patients with primary hypertension(EH)admitted to the hospital during 2018.1-2019.6 were tested for blood electrolyte levels,PTH level comparison,at the same time compare the degree of heart damage and 24-hour urine output status.Results The results showed that the PTH in the PA group was(47.6±3.2)pg/mL and the EH group was(38.9±2.5)pg/mL.The PTH content in the PA group was higher,the electrolyte disturbance was more obvious,the heart damage was more significant,and the 24-hour urine potassium level was higher,(t=8.300,P<0.05).Conclusion The increase of PTH level in patients with primary aldosteronism can be used as an important indicator to evaluate the prognosis of patients and guide clinical treatment.
