摘要
目的探讨“3C疗法”对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果的影响。方法本研究为随机对照试验,采用便利抽样的方法选取2018年12月—2019年5月在我院内分泌科住院的2型糖尿病患者84例为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者给予胰岛素泵输注疗法,试验组患者给予“3C疗法”。治疗前及治疗1周后,分别评估两组患者的血糖监测及变化情况。结果治疗1周后,试验组和对照组在各时间点的血糖值均低于治疗前,且试验组各时间点血糖值和低血糖事件发生率较对照组小,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论“3C疗法”能够快速改善、控制患者的血糖,是一种有效、安全的糖尿病患者管理方法。
Objective To explore the influence of“3C”therapy on glycemic control for patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 84 patients with type 2 diabetes who treated in our hospital from December 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects,according to the order of admission;they were randomly divided into the therapy group(n=42)and the control group(n=42).Continuous subcutaneous insulin infusions was given to the control group,and the“3C”therapy was given to the therapy group.The blood sugar variation before and after 1 week treatment in the two groups was compared.Results After 1 week treatment,the scores of the two group on blood sugar were significantly decreased,and the scores of the therapy group on blood sugar were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"3C therapy"can quickly improve and control the blood sugar of patients,which is an effective and safe management method for diabetic patients.
