探讨新型冠状病毒对心血管系统的影响 被引量:2

摘要 新型冠状病毒通过与血管紧张素转换酶2结合致病,引起以发热、乏力、干咳为主要临床症状的新型冠状病毒肺炎。因新型冠状病毒对心肌细胞的直接损伤及对肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)平衡的影响,知其对心血管系统的影响不容小觑。中医理论将新型冠状病毒归于湿疫范畴,认为心主神明,外感病中出现神昏等病变乃邪犯心包所致。从中西医理论角度分析新型冠状病毒对心血管系统的影响并制定治疗方案尤为重要。 Novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)can combine angiotensin converting enzyme 2 and cause coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),mainly manifested as fever,fatigue and dry cough.Due to its direct damage to myocardial cells and regulation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS),its impact on the cardiovascular system cannot be underestimated.According to theory of traditional Chinese medicine,COVID-19 belongs to“damp pestilence”.It is believed that the heart controls mental activities and reverse transmission to pericardium leads to coma during the process of exogenous syndrome.It is particularly important to analyze the effect of SARS-CoV-2 on the cardiovascular system and develop a treatment plan from the perspective of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
