摘要
为研究土地资源利用驱动因子,以南宁市为研究区,利用2000~2018年五期土地利用现状数据,采用GIS技术,运用土地利用动态模型、土地利用转移矩阵,主成分分析法,揭示了南宁市土地利用变化特征和驱动机制,为进一步开展南宁市的土地规划工作提供相关理论依据和参考。结果表明:①耕地的面积逐年减少,减少了277km2;林地呈增多后减少的趋势,草地面积呈先减少后增加,水域面积基本保持不变,建设用地面积持续增高。耕地处在南宁市较为中心的位置,分为四大区域;林地主要分布在南宁市中心和北部,分布比较广泛,草地分布比较稀疏,只在南宁市的北部和南部零星出现,北部呈林-草复合格局,南部呈草-水复合格局;建设用地以南宁为首,多年来极具扩张,水域和未利用地基本不变。②草地呈先减少后增长的态势,但增长较快,增长率为3.8%,水域变化最不明显,保持稳定,耕地呈持续负增长,林地呈先增长后减少的态势,建设用地增长率居高不下。③2000~2018年五期土地利用数据的分析,人口密度和人均GDP是第一主成分累计贡献率最高的,分别为92%和87%,为南宁市土地利用最主要驱动因子。
To study driving factors in land resources utilization,taking Nanning city as research area,the characteristics and driving mechanism of land use change in Nanning city are revealed by using five phases of land use status data from 2000 to 2018,GIS technology,land use dynamic models,land use transfer matrix and the principal component analysis(PCA)in order to provide relevant theoretical basis and reference for further development of land planning in Nanning city.The results show that:①the cultivated land area decreases year by year,decreasing by 277 km 2;forestland increases and then decreases;grassland area decreases first and then increases;water area basically remaines unchanged,and construction land area continued to increase.The cultivated land is located in the center of Nanning city,which is divided into four regions.Forestland is mainly distributed in the center and north of Nanning city with wide distribution.Grassland is sparse and only appears sporadically in the north and south of Nanning city.The north shows the forest-grass composite pattern,while the south shows the grass-water composite pattern.The construction land,led by Nanning city,has expanded greatly over the years,and the water area and unused land remain basically unchanged.②Grassland decreases first and then increases,but it increases rapidly with a growth rate of 3.8%.The change of water area is the least obvious and increases stable.Cultivated land shows a continuous negative growth;the forest land shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,and the growth rate of construction land remained high.③According to the analysis of land use data in the five periods from 2000 to 2018,the cumulative contribution rates of population density and per capita GDP are the highest,accounting for 92%and 87%respectively,which are the most important driving factors of land use in Nanning city.
