摘要
提出基于电压PI闭环加移相控制的双向全桥DC/DC变换器的控制方式,使输出电压能快速跟踪额定输出电压,达到所需要输出电压的标准,提高输出电压的响应速度。通过分析移相控制双向全桥DC/DC变换器的工作原理建立变换器工作状态时的开关状态等效电路,并对移相控制双向全桥DC/DC变换器的传输功率特性进行研究,得出了传输功率与移相比的关系。利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建双向全桥DC/DC变换器控制模型,分析开关的脉冲信号、流过电感的电压和电流、变压器原边与副边的电压波形,与理论波形进行对比分析,并分析副边输出电压响应波形,验证所提控制方式的正确性和有效性。
In this paper,the control method of PI based voltage closed-loop with phase-shifted control for bidirectional fullbridge DC-DC converter is proposed,aiming at achieving quick dynamic response of the output voltage.By analyzing the working principle of the phase-shifted control of bidirectional full-bridge DC/DC converter and drawing the switching state equivalent circuit in different operation stage,the characteristics of the energy transmission for the phase-shifted controlled bidirectional full-bridge DC/DC converter is analyzed.Through research,the relationship between power conversion and the phase shift is obtained.A bidirectional full-bridge DC/DC converter control model and the proposed control algorithm is built in MATLAB/Simulink.The pulse signal of the switch,the voltage across and the current flowing through the inductor as well as the voltage waveform on the primary and secondary sides of the transformer are analyzed.The theoretical waveforms are used for comparison.The dynamic response of the voltage on the secondary side is also analyzed.The above content verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed control method.
