输送带硫化接头胶流动特性仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 为得到硫化温度及硫化压力对输送带接头硫化时胶料流动特性的影响规律,利用FLUENT软件进行了有限元仿真分析,结果表明:接头中面胶及芯胶的流动速度随温度和压力的变化趋势各不相同,硫化压力对胶料流动速度的影响要高于硫化温度;输送带硫化的压力不均匀区域主要集中于输送带边缘;硫化压力对胶料剪应力的影响要显著高于硫化温度。 In order to obtain the effect of vulcanization temperature and vulcanization pressure on the rubber flow characteristics of the conveyor belt joint during vulcanization,the finite element simulation analysis was carried out by using FLUENT software.The results show that the flow velocity of the top rubber and core rubber in the joint varies with temperature and pressure,and the influence of the vulcanization pressure on the flow velocity of the rubber is higher than the vulcanization temperature;the uneven pressure area of the vulcanization of the belt is mainly concentrated on the edge of the belt;the effect of vulcanization pressure on the shear stress of rubber is significantly higher than the vulcanization temperature.
