全球新能源汽车技术创新合作网络演化分析 被引量:15

摘要 面对政策补贴退坡的外部环境和日趋激烈的市场竞争,构建全球新能源汽车技术创新合作网络并剖析其演化特征,可以为我国新能源汽车的技术突破和产业发展提供思路。本文以1999~2018年全球新能源汽车技术专利族数据为数据源,运用聚类分析的方法,对新能源汽车技术创新的发展阶段进行划分和识别,进而构建各个阶段的创新合作网络,并从整体网络特征、核心创新主体位置特征、创新主体合作广度和深度的分布情况三方面对其网络演化进行动态分析。研究发现,新能源汽车技术创新合作网络中,核心子网大规模连通,边缘小团体不断涌现,呈现去中心化趋势,合作广度和深度不断拓展,且参与合作的典型创新主体在全球范围内表现出显著的地区差异。 New energy vehicle industry is facing changes in external policy environment and increasingly fierce market competition.In this context,we built a global new energy vehicle technology innovation cooperation network and analyzed its evolution characteristics.Taking the global patent family data of new energy vehicle technology as data source since 1999 to 2018,we found that the development of new energy vehicle technology innovation can be divided into three stages.Then the innovation cooperation network of each stage was constructed.In order to study the evolution of the network,we dynamically analyzed the distribution of the overall network's characteristics,the location characteristics of core innovation entities,and the breadth and depth of the innovation entities'cooperation.We found large scale connectivity of core subnets and continuous emergence of marginal small groups,and the characteristics of the new energy vehicle technology innovation cooperation network have evolved toward the trend of increa-sing network density,decentralizing the network,as well as broadening and deepening cooperation.Further more,there were obvious regional differences in the typical innovation entities participating in the cooperation.
