摘要
本文针对公司某车型动力电池预充电阻烧蚀故障,通过对动力电池高压预充电路及自加热电路进行仿真分析,发现自加热电路接通导致预充电阻烧蚀,调整自加热控制逻辑,经测试预充电阻未再出现烧蚀。动力电池自加热功能应在高压预充完成后才能启动。
In this paper,based on the ablation failure of the precharge resistance of a certain type of power battery in our company,through the simulation analysis of the high-voltage precharge circuit and the self-heating circuit of the power battery,it is found that the connection of the self-heating circuit causes the ablation of the pre-charge resistance,and the self-heating control logic is adjusted.After the test of the pre-charge resistance,no ablation occurs again.It is suggested that the self-heating function of power battery can only be started after the completion of high-voltage pre-charge.
