摘要
采用超声辐射法将VB6作为改性剂改性纳米二氧化钛。将硬脂酸锌(CaSt2)、硫醇甲基锡(DX-181)、改性纳米二氧化钛、PVC和增塑剂(DOTP)按一定比例复配,经过密炼机密炼和压片制得PVC薄膜,在195℃下进行等温变色和释放氯化氢电导率实验。结果表明:PVC复合材料的耐热性随改性剂的增加而改变,复合添加剂可部分替代DX-181,且当改性纳米二氧化钛投料量在1份时可显著提高PVC的热稳定性。
VB6 is used as a modifier to modify nano titanium dioxide by ultrasonic radiation method. Zinc stearate( CaSt2),methyl tin thiolate( DX-181),modified nano titanium dioxide,PVC and plasticizer( DOTP) are compounded according to a certain ratio,and then are made by secret mixing and tableting. The film was subjected to an isothermal discoloration and hydrogen chloride release conductivity experiment at 195°C. The results show that the heat resistance of the PVC composite material changes with the increase of the modifier. The composite additive can partially replace DX-181,and when the dosage of the modified nano titanium dioxide is 1 part,it can significantly improve the thermal stability of PVC.
