摘要 为了提高矿山救护队伍的救援能力,提高救护队员对救援装备的理论专业知识和技能操作能力,采用分级分类的培训模式,对救援装备进行培训学习,即通过构建"人员分级、装备分类"体系,建立"自学—授课—现场实操"多元化的培训方式,对救护装备的结构组成、工作原理、控制工艺等理论知识及设备操作规程、现场操作、装备的维护保养、装备安装调试、装备运行参数调整、设备故障排除等内容进行培训,提高救护队员对技术装备的理论知识和操作能力。该培训方法改变了以往单一的培训模式,变被动为主动,使救护队员在对救援装备学习的过程中,边学习、边提高,通过个人对装备各项性能和知识进行搜集、整理、授课、操作,实现对救援装备的认识和掌握,同时增强救护队员的学习能力和心理素质。 In order to improve the rescue ability of mine rescue team,and improve the rescue team members’theoretical professional knowledge and skills operation ability of rescue equipment,the classification training mode was adopted to train and learn the rescue equipment,that was,by establishing a system of"personnel classification and equipment classification",and establishing a diversified training mode of"self-study-teaching-on-the-spot practice"to train the theoretical knowledge of the structure,working principle,control technology and other contents of the rescue equipment,such as the equipment operating rules,on-the-spot operation,equipment care and maintenance,equipment installation and debugging,equipment operation parameter adjustment,equipment troubleshooting,etc.,to improve the theoretical knowledge and operational ability to the technical equipment of the rescue team members.This training method changes the previous single training mode,changes the passivity into the initiative,makes the rescue team members learn and improve while learning the rescue equipment.Through personal collection,sorting,teaching and operation of the equipment performance and knowledge,the rescue team members can understand and master the rescue equipment,and enhance their learning ability and psychological quality.
