摘要
本文以Q355B为例阐述利用冷却工艺的创新,结合相变组织变化规律,阐述降低成本的方法。冷却工艺的创新是采用变冷速冷却工艺,即快速冷却→低速冷却(空冷)→快速冷却工艺,抑制铁素体晶粒的长大,同时增加珠光体组织含量。通过铁素体的细化和增珠光体相组织含量增加保证产品的性能。通过上述工艺的实施,低合金钢Q355B钢种可节约成本20元/吨。
Taking the Q355B for example,the paper illustrates the innovation of the cooling process,combined with the law of phase change organization change,and explains the method of reducing costs.The innovation of the cooling process is the use of variable cooling speed process,that is rapid cooling→low speed cooling (air cooling)→rapid cooling process,which inhibits the growth of ferrite grains while increasing the content of pearlite.Through the refinement of ferrite and the increase of pearlite phase structure content,the performance of the product is guaranteed.Through the implementation of the above process,the cost of low-alloy steel Q355B steel grade can save 20 yuan/ton.
