摘要
影响创业意向的因素有很多,但已有影响因素研究较为零散、缺乏系统性。研究发现:重庆市高职学生的创业意向与其内外因素呈显著相关,其中内在因素的创业能力、外在因素的社会环境对其创业意向的影响最大。同时建构了影响因素模型,即内在因素除直接影响高职学生的创业意向外,还通过外在因素的中介作用影响创业意向的水平。
There are many factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention,but the research on the influencing factors is scattered and lack of systematicness.The study shows that the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students in Chongqing is significantly related to their internal and external factors,among which the entrepreneurial ability of internal factors and the social environment of external factors have the greatest impact on their entrepreneurial intention.A model of influencing factors is constructed at the same time,that is,the internal factors not only directly affect the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational students,but also affect the level of entrepreneurial intention through the intermediary role of external factors.
