摘要 基于三维分形理论,综合考虑弹性变形和塑性变形、弹塑性变形的两个不同阶段,建立了结合面接触热导模型。通过数值仿真,揭示了接触热导与实际接触面积的非线性关系,以及弹塑性变形对结合面接触热导的影响。研究结果表明:弹塑性变形对结合面接触热导具有重要影响,考虑弹塑性变形的接触热导大于仅考虑弹性变形和塑性变形的接触热导;接触热导随着分形尺度参数的增大而减小,随着分形维数的增大而增大。 A model of thermal contact conductance of joint surfaces considering the elastic deformation, plastic deformation and two different stages of elasto-plastic deformation is established using three-dimensional fractal theory. The nonlinear relationship between the thermal contact conductance and the real contact area, as well as the influence of elasto-plastic deformation on thermal contact conductance of joint surfaces is obtained using numerical simulation. Results obtained indicated that: the elasto-plastic deformation has an important influence on thermal contact conductance of joint surfaces. The thermal contact conductance considering elasto-plastic deformation is greater than that considering elastic deformation and plastic deformation only. The thermal contact conductance decreases with the increase of the fractal scale parameters and increases with the increase of the fractal dimension.
