摘要
针对威布尔分布无失效数据场合下的失效概率估计问题进行了研究,根据形状参数m的不同情况,给出各个时刻失效概率p_i的取值范围,以此作为先验信息,并采用多层Bayes方法对失效概率p_i进行估计。最后进行了算例分析,对多种方法进行拟合的误差平方和进行比较。结果表明,本文所提出的方法提高了失效概率的估计精度。
Based on weibull distribution of zero-ailure data,according to the different conditions of shape parameters,the value range of failure probability at each moment is given,which is taken as prior information,and the multilayer Bayesian method is used to estimate the failure probability.Finally,an example is given to compare the error sum of squares of various fitting methods.The results show that the proposed method improves the estimation accuracy of failure probability.
