摘要
随着系统评价数量的增多,研究者可以更多地利用二次研究结果全面评价某干预措施或疾病领域证据现状,因此系统评价再评价这一研究类型应运而生。通过全面了解中医药领域系统评价再评价现状,发现目前该领域存在的不足。参考最新Cochrane手册介绍系统评价再评价的制作方法,简要概述系统评价再评价的步骤,重点介绍系统评价再评价与系统评价在选题、纳入及排除标准、研究质量评价方法、数据分析以及证据质量评价方法这几个关键步骤的区别,同时根据研究目的的不同探讨其数据分析的方法,包括原系统评价结果的重现、对原系统评价结果进行分类整理、根据新的研究目的重新进行Meta分析、开展间接比较和网状Meta分析,并介绍纳入的系统评价之间出现重复文献的处理方式,以期为研究者选择恰当的研究方法开展系统评价再评价提供依据。
With the increasing number of systematic reviews, researchers can make more use of the secondary research results to comprehensively evaluate the current status of evidence in a certain intervention or disease field. Therefore, the research type of overviews of systematic review has emerged. Through a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of overviews in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the current deficiencies in this field have been discovered. The author refered to the latest Cochrane Handbook to introduce the production method of overviews, briefly outlined the steps of overviews, and focused on the difference of the crucial procedure in the topic selection, inclusion and exclusion criteria, research quality evaluation methods, data analysis and the quality of evidence between overviews and systematic review. Meanwhile, the method of data analysis was discussed according to the different research purposes, including the reproduction of the original system evaluation results, the classification and sorting of the original system evaluation results, and the new meta-analysis, indirect comparison and network Meta-analysis according to the new research purpose. The method to deal with duplicate documents in the included systematic reviews was introduced, in order to provide a basis for researchers to choose appropriate research methods to carry out overviews.
