摘要
目的观察硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软膏与妇洁舒洗液治疗妊娠期假丝酵母菌阴道炎的效果。方法选取2018年2月至2019年2月罗定市妇幼保健院收治的120例妊娠期假丝酵母菌阴道炎患者,依据平行对照法分为两组,对照组60例患者行单一的妇洁舒洗液治疗,观察组60例患者在对照组的基础上结合硝呋太尔制霉素治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生状况等进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者假丝酵母菌清除率和症状清除率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率3.33%与对照组5.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期假丝酵母菌阴道炎疾病治疗过程中,在妇洁舒洗液治疗的同时结合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软膏治疗,不仅可以及早减轻临床病症,而且可以提高治疗效果,安全性高。
Objective To analyze and observe the effect of Nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment and Fujieshu lotion on candida vaginitis during pregnancy.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,120 patients with candida vulvovaginitis in Luoding maternal and child health hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the parallel control method.60 cases in the observation group were treated with nifuratel nystatin on the basis of the control group,60 cases in the control group were treated with single Fujieshu lotion.The therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group 95.00% was higher than the control group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of the clearance and symptom clearance rate of candida,the observation group was less than the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the observation group 3.33% compared with the control group 5.00%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of candida vulvovaginal during pregnancy,the combination of Fujieshu lotion and nifuratel nystatin vaginal ointment can not only reduce the clinical symptoms as soon as possible,but also help to improve the treatment effect and high safety.
