摘要
随着通讯技术、互联网和共享经济的发展,网络预约出租汽车(以下简称网约车)应运而生,它带给了公众更舒适、更便捷的消费体验以及多样化的出行需求。为了规范发展网约车,保障其运营安全和相关各方的合法权益,青岛市在山东省率先推出网约车管理办法。本文立足青岛市网约车审批事项,从业务办理、取得成效、存在问题等方面进行研究,并提出加强信息共享、推行秒批等建议。
With the development of communication technology,the Internet and the sharing economy,online car-hailing has emerged,which brings the public a more comfortable and convenient consumer experience and diversified travel needs.In order to standardize the development of online car-hailing,ensure its operational safety and the legitimate rights and interests of relevant parties,Qingdao City took the lead in launching online car-hailing management measures in Shandong Province.Based on Qingdao's online car-hailing approval matters,this article conducts research from the aspects of business handling,achievements and problems,and proposes to strengthen information sharing and implement second approval.
