摘要
集体式社区是具有计划经济色彩和中国特色的时代产物,在中国工业化建设的年代发挥着积极的作用。当代中国社会的经济和城市建设处于高速发展时期,随着经济的发展和社会的转型,曾经作为城市生活基本构成元素的集体式社区也面临着转型。本文以武汉市红房子社区为例,对集体式社区进行刨析,希望能够对于中国普遍存在的集体式社区的更新改造和转型,提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
Collective communities are the products of the era with the color of planned economy and Chinese characteristics.They played an active role in the era of China's industrialization.The economy and urban construction of contemporary Chinese society are in a period of rapid development.With the economic development and social transformation,the collective community that was once the basic element of urban life is also facing transformation.This article takes the Red House Community in Wuhan as an example to analyze the collective community,hoping to provide certain reference value and reference significance for the renewal and transformation of collective communities that exist in China.
