摘要
基层党支部建设,是高职院校工作中的一项重要内容。目前,高职院校基层党支部建设与标准化建设的标准还有一定的差距,还存在以下问题:对党支部建设思想认识不到位、重视程度不够;支部组织生活形式单一,缺乏创新性;党务工作队伍不强,党务能力不足;党员身份意识不强,作用发挥不充分;支部考核流于形式,激励机制不完善;等等。我们要充分认识到基层党建工作的重要性,正视基层党支部建设中存在的问题和不足,努力地改进和完善,以期为学校的高质量发展提供坚实保障。
The construction of grassroots Party branches is an important content in the work of higher vocational colleges.At present,there is still a certain gap between the construction of grassroots Party branches in higher vocational colleges and the standard of standardization construction.Theform of branch organization life is single,lacking innovation;the teamfor Party affairs work is not strong,and their Party affairs ability is insufficient;the role of Party members is not fully played;the branch examination is a formalism,the incentive mechanism is not perfect and so on.We should fully understand the importance of the grassroots Party building work,face up to the problems and deficiencies in the construction of grassroots Party branches,and strive to make improvements,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges.
