摘要
随着高校科研力量的逐渐加强,高校实验室数量、种类、分布、项目逐渐增多且实验条件逐渐改善,这将会增加高校实验室安全的风险。因此,高校必须加强对实验室的安全脆弱性风险评估,这将为分级管理实验室打下基础,同时也可以更好地进行风险管控。为了完善高校实验室的风险分级评估体系,该文将其分为高度危险、危险、较危险、一般危险4个等级范围,这将方便更好地对高校实验室进行管理和控制。
With the gradual strengthening of scientific research forces in colleges,the number,types,distribution,projects,and experimental conditions of college laboratories have gradually increased,which will increase the security risk of college laboratories.Therefore,colleges must strengthen the risk evaluation for security vulnerability of their laboratories,which will lay a foundation for graded management of laboratories,and at the same time,facilitate better risk management and control.By improving the graded risk evaluation system of college laboratories,this paper divides it into four grade ranges:highly risky,risky,relatively risky,and averagely risky,which will promote better management and control.
