退火窑F区上风箱三维流场数值模拟 被引量:1

摘要 利用三维设计软件对退火窑上风箱进行三维建模,应用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)中三维雷诺平均守恒N-S方程,采用足够多的网格划分及RNG形式的k-ε两方程湍流模型方法对风箱内的三维内流场进行数学模拟。分析流量曲线图、速度矢量图、速度流场图变化情况,并进行相应优化,为退火窑F区风系统的设计和实际应用提供了理论依据。 The model of upper air-box in annealing lehr was established by means of three-dimension design software.The 3-dimension internal flow field in the air-box was also simulated by using 3 D Reynolds average conservation N-S equation in computational fluid dynamics,sufficient cell division and k-e two equation turbulence model method in the form of RNG.The flow chart,velocity vector graph and velocity flow field diagram are analyzed and optimize accordingly,which provides a theoretical basis for the design and practical application of the wind system in F zone of annealing furnace.
