摘要
目前国内垃圾焚烧环保发电已经为"减量化、无害化、资源化"处置生活垃圾的最佳方式。某环保项目采用垃圾焚烧发电,建设规模为2条日处理能力为600t的城市生活垃圾焚烧线+2台12MW中温中压抽凝式汽轮发电机组。文章就该电厂汽轮机在调试过程中真空系统出现的问题进行了分析,并提出了解决方法。
At present, domestic waste incineration and environmental protection power generation has been the best way to dispose of domestic waste by "reduction, harmlessness and resource utilization". An environmental protection project uses municipal solid waste incineration to generate electricity, building two municipal solid waste incineration lines with a daily treatment capacity of 600 t and two 12 MW medium temperature and medium pressure extraction turbogenerator sets. In this paper, the problems of vacuum system in the debugging process of steam turbine in this power plant are analyzed, and the solutions are put forward.
