摘要
以北洛河流域作为地理信息服务河长制工作的示范研究区域,通过资料搜集、需求调研、信息采集相结合的方式,在全面了解北洛河干流沿线水资源、水污染、水环境、水生态、水域岸线现状,摸清北洛河流域管理和保护工作存在的主要问题和原因,明确省河长办公室以及省级河长在河长制管理工作中所重点关注要素的基础上,开展了北洛河流域的河长制地理信息服务示范工作,并编制了北洛河流域省级河长工作用图和专题系列用图,为省级河长的宏观管理、专项整治提供了多类型图件支持。
In this paper,taking Beiluo River basin as the demonstration area,we carried out the demonstration study of geographical information service for provincial river directors.Through the combination of data collection,demand research and information collection,based on a comprehensive understanding of the present situation of water resource,water pollution,water environment,water ecology and water shoreline along the main stream of Beiluo River,a clear understanding of the main problems and causes in the management and protection of Beiluo River basin,and a clear understanding of the priorities of the management of provincial river directors,we completed the demonstration work of geographical information service of Beiluo River basin,worked out the working map and a series of thematic maps,and provided multi-type map support for macro management and special regulation of provincial river directors.
