摘要
垃圾焚烧发电是资源化处置城市生活垃圾的重要途径之一。基于搭建的垃圾焚烧发电厂供热成本(即蒸汽成本)的测算模型,通过机会成本法和沉没成本法进行计算和相互校核,提出了垃圾焚烧发电厂对外售热价格的成本依据。
Garbage incineration for power generation is one of the important ways to recycle municipal solid waste.The article has built the model of heat-supply cost of the Garbage Power Plant.Based on the Opportunity Cost Approach and Sunk Cost Approach,the article calculated the cost of heat-supply cost of the Garbage Power Plant,and proposed that the plants could fix the price of heat-supply according to this cost model.
