摘要 掌握ESM系统的作战效能状况是保证其作战效能充分发挥的重要前提,针对ESM系统作战效能有效评估问题,从系统组成与信号处理角度建立了评估指标体系,全面和客观地反映系统作战能力。将层次分析法与模糊评判相结合,规范了专家打分法原则,通过专家打分法科学确定了层次指标权重,底层指标由专家根据指标状况给出模糊评价,并建立模糊隶属度矩阵。最后,应用实例对ESM系统分级和总体效能进行了模糊评价,验证了方法的合理性和可行性。 Mastering the operational effectiveness of ESM system is an important prerequisite to ensure the full play of its oper⁃ational effectiveness.Aiming at the problem of effective evaluation of ESM system operational effectiveness,the evaluation index sys⁃tem is established from the perspective of system composition and signal processing to comprehensively and objectively reflect the combat capability of ESM system.Combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)with fuzzy evaluation,the principle of expert scoring method is standardized.The weight of hierarchy index is scientifically determined by expert scoring method.The fuzzy evaluation of bottom index is given by experts according to the index status,and fuzzy membership matrix is established.Finally,an example is used to evaluate the classification and overall effectiveness of ESM system,which verifies the rationality and feasibility of the method.
