摘要
随着医疗卫生事业的快速发展,公立医院也参与到市场竞争中来。公立医院在发展过程中,在重视公益性的同时,对于经济运行管理也越来越重视,并针对经济运行实施精细化管理,实现资金的合理利用,为公立医院的健康发展打下坚实的基础。论文从医院经济运行精细化管理的必要性入手,分析了医院经济运行管理的现状,并进一步对公立医院经济运行精细化管理的策略进行了具体的阐述。
With the rapid development of medical and health services,public hospitals also participate in the market competition.In the process of development,while paying attention to the public welfare,the public hospitals also pay more and more attention to the management of economic operation.At the same time,public hospitals implement fine management for economic operation,realize the rational use of funds,and lay a solid foundation for the healthy development of public hospitals.Starting from the necessity of fine management of economic operation in hospitals,this paper analyzes the current situation of the management of economic operation in hospitals,and further expounds the strategies of fine management of economic operation in public hospitals in detail.
