摘要
目前卷烟包装的主流技术是以GD、FOCKER的技术平台为来源,设备只能适用于单一的常规尺寸规格的卷烟包装生产,无法实现异型规格快速调整。主要运用通道式包装的技术模式,开展异型规格透明纸自动化包装生产的研究,对主要包装结构及输送结构进行重新设计,通过模块化更换零部件的方式,使相关尺寸规格在一定范围内可以灵活调整,满足异型规格卷烟的研发和试制。
The mainstream technology of cigarette packaging is based on GD or FOCKER technology.The equipment can only be used for the production of cigarette packaging in a single conventional size,but not can achieve special specifications rapid adjustment.This paper mainly based on the technical mode of channel packaging,researchs on automatic cellophane packaging production of special specifications transparent paper,redesign the main packaging structure and conveying structure.By modularizing replacement parts,the special specifications can be flexibly adjusted in a certain range,in order to research and trial production of cigarette products.
